Refund Policy

Please note that there is $175 non-refundable deposit with every registration due to guarantees with our service providers, credit card fees, facility rentals, camp preparation expenses and administrative fees.  

For campers who have paid in full, all cancellation requests must be submitted to in order to receive a refund of the additional monies over the $175 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation due to illness or injury:
A $100 credit for future camps will be issued. ** Injured campers cancellation request must be submitted in a letter and be accompanied by a licensed physician’s note.
